Year 11 Pupils visit Cambridge

A group of Year 11 Gifted and Talented pupils visited Cambridge University of Saturday 16th January to be part of a lecture on A Level choices and University application. The day was very informative as useful advice was given to ensure that the decision they make will not unduly limit the opportunities available to them should they decide to apply to Cambridge. The main theme of 'Subject Matters: Keep you options open to you' was most appropriate and suitably explained to pupils what they should be thinking about when making choices. Future trips to Cambridge are being planned and parents will be informed of these at a later stage.  Mr Charles.
